NOTICE:
The Cove Squares Western Square Dance Club has
suspended dancing at the Senior Center in Walnut Cove until further
notice. If you are interested in learning western square dancing, please
sign our Guestbook and leave your contact information. You can also use
our contact list. If enough people show an interest, someone will get
get in touch with you about starting a western square dance class.

Stokes County is the home to Hanging Rock State Park and is the only county in the United States that can boast of having its own mountain range...Sauratown Mountain (name after the Saura Indians) lies almost entirely within the boundaries of Stokes County.
Hanging Rock State Park is approximately 10 miles from Walnut Cove. If you are visiting the park and/or just passing through the area, please join us for a fun-filled night of dancing. All square dancers are welcome.
We dance every Monday night (except for holidays) from 7 to
9 pm at the Walnut Cove Senior
